When you receive your order, please make sure to inspect your items within the 60-day return window, to ensure there are no problems with your order otherwise, the resolution can not be guaranteed. If you have received items with damage/ defects on them or have reason to believe your item is wrong, please report the problem as soon as possible to our support team. 

If possible, please send us your order number along with a picture of the front of the rug, and the back label. Once we receive it, one of our customer service representatives will contact you and do our best!
