When you create your return label using the return app, your order number will be automatically added to the return label. You don't need to write down your order number or the item you are returning and add a note inside the return package. Since you are using our label, we'll be able to know which item you are returning under which order. 

If you choose to use another shipping service to return your item(s), please send us an email with the tracking information of your return and specify which item(s) you are returning in your email. This is essential for us to track return packages and issue refunds when return packages arrive at the warehouse.
