If you have prepared your item for return and decide to use our return label, you can take the package to any FedEx store. In case you cannot drop off the package at a FedEx store because of medical or distance-related reasons, you can call FedEx customer service to schedule a pickup from your home. Please note that our return labels can only be used with FedEx, and sending them via UPS, USPS, or any other carrier system will not work. However, if you choose to use a different label, you may drop off the package at the designated location for your label provider. If you do this, please send the tracking information to our support team by clicking here so that we can issue the refund as soon as possible after receiving the package.
